HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is quick and easy, but step-by-step instructions appear in this window in case you need them. Please have your credit card, cheque or money order details handy.
(To ensure the highest levels of security, credit card details are collected by Paymate, which uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. Paymate, which is an Endorsed Supplier to the Australian Federal Government, accepts Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard.)
Getting started.
- In the ORDERS screen, click the checkbox that appears next to the item you'd like to buy.
- If you want to buy more than one item, tick the relevant checkboxes.
- Then click the NEXT button.
You are now looking at your shopping cart.
- Review your order and if it is satisfactory click GO TO PAYMENTS. However, if it needs adjusting, do the following:

- To start again, change the quantity to zero and click RECALCULATE.
- To order multiple items, change the quantity to suit and click RECALCULATE.
- To go back and add another item, click CONTINUE SHOPPING.
- When you're happy with your order, click GO TO PAYMENTS.
Add billing information and, if it's different, a shipping address.
- Under "Billing Information", insert the required details.
- Enter "Shipping Information" only if it differs from the billing info.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
Review your order.
- Check that all details are correct.
- Select your payment option (credit card, cheque or money order)
- Click CONTINUE.
If you have elected to pay by credit card, you will now find yourself in Paymate's secure (SSL) express payment area.
- Once the Express Payment Wizard has loaded:
- enter the required information;
- then your credit card details;
- and follow all instructions to the end.
Or if you have elected to pay by cheque or money order:
- Fill in the details and click the ORDER NOW button.
